Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
AI PDF Reader is free and never asks for payment or card details. We have no subscriptions, no paid plans and no billing of any kind. If a charge on your bank statement led you to this site, please read Charges and billing below.
These terms apply when you use aipdfreader.net. The service is operated by LOPOFIST LIMITED, Nicosia, Cyprus. By using the tool you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What the service does
aipdfreader.net reads documents you upload — PDF, DOCX, TXT, PPTX, EPUB and FB2 — and uses artificial intelligence to summarize them, translate them and answer your questions about their content in a chat. The tool is provided free of charge. There is no account, no registration and no paid plan.
Charges and billing
This service does not process payments. There is no subscription to cancel, no free trial that converts into a paid plan, and no place on this website where a card number can be entered. We have never charged a user and have no technical means of doing so.
Some visitors reach this page after seeing an unfamiliar entry on a bank or card statement. If that is why you are here: the charge did not come from aipdfreader.net. To resolve it, contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to identify the merchant behind the transaction — they can see the full merchant record, which we cannot. Your bank is also the right place to dispute a charge you did not authorise.
If you would like to tell us about it anyway, write to freeaipdfreader@gmail.com and include the date and amount shown on your statement. We cannot look up, refund or cancel a payment we did not receive, but we do want to know when our name is being used this way.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- upload content you have no right to use, including material protected by copyright or covered by a confidentiality obligation;
- submit unlawful, abusive or deliberately harmful material, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or access it through automated means at a scale that affects other users;
- present AI-generated output as your own work where doing so would breach an academic, professional or legal rule that applies to you.
We may limit or refuse access if the service is used in any of these ways.
Copyright and the content you submit
You keep all rights in the documents you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to process that content in order to produce your summary, translation and chat responses.
Summarizing or translating material for personal or non-commercial use may be permitted under fair use or a comparable exception, but this depends on your jurisdiction and on how you use the result. Using the output commercially without permission from the rights holder can create legal exposure. You are responsible for checking the copyright position of anything you submit.
Accuracy and academic use
Summaries, translations and chat answers are produced by AI systems and can be incomplete, misleading or wrong. They are a reading aid, not a substitute for the original document. Do not rely on generated output for citation, academic assessment, medical, legal or financial decisions without checking the source document yourself. If your institution restricts the use of AI tools, those rules take precedence over anything this service allows.
Availability
The service is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that file size or processing limits will stay the same, or that every format will always work. We may change or withdraw features at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from decisions you make on the basis of generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How we handle uploaded documents and other data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.
